Everyone here at Sal's Bakery & Cafe is considered family and we want to treat everyone that comes through our doors as such. Our friends and family are delighted to come to work everyday, whether its in the kitchen baking and cooking, the front desk helping all of our wonderful customers, or the back room doing dishes, we make it a point to treat everyone with the same level of respect.Our chain of command is as follows...

Salvatore Circosta...
is the owner of and Head Chef at Sal's Bakery & Cafe. Baking goods from his childhood, he is recreating his grandmother's home-made recipes for all to enjoy. Salvatore earned his BA in philosophy from Providence College and received his MA in theology from Saint John's Seminary. Everything Salvatore learned in his studies can be seen in his business; patience and care for cooking, dedication to quality service and products, and respect and love for everyone. Salvatore is currently a Second Lieutenant in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. When Salvatore is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing bocce, and soccer.

Nunzio Bruno...
is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for Sal's Bakery and Cafe's financial past, present, and future. Nunzio graduated from Bentley College with his Master's in Financial Planning and has been a Financial Coach and Consultant for the past five years. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Economics and Finance at Baypath College and runs his own financial consulting firm, Financially Digital. When Nunzio is not working, he enjoys playing rugby and working out in the gym.
